The production of Lenski Hoodies was in full swing, but during the various print and fabric tests, many scraps had accumulated: sleeves, front and back parts that did not correspond to the final model. Instead of throwing them away, however, I decided to turn these materials into something special: the "Lenski Charity Crewneck".

These crewnecks not only were made from scrap materials, but also became the symbol of a major charity operation. In fact, they were donated to the homeless in Milan during an exciting event in collaboration with the City Angels, a famous volunteer association. The event, which took place on December 24, 2022, was a huge success. It was mentioned in eight online newspapers, causing extraordinary interest on social media and receiving numerous requests from other charities interested in future collaboration.

With this initiative, I wanted to show that even small businesses can contribute to helping communities in need and that sustainable fashion is increasingly important for the future. Thanks to the "Lenski Charity Crewneck", not only was waste avoided, but also a small help was offered to those in need.
